WELLBEING TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Wellbeing training and workshops include customized programs, training and workshops curated for teams and organizations to find meaning, vitality and balance in all aspects of life.
Sharon is also certified as an instructor to deliver the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and The Working Mind (TWM) training of the Canadian Mental Health Commission of Canada. 
SUPERteam Resilience – Thriving at Work

Resilience is the ability to recover and bounce back from adversity, feeling stronger and more capable to cope in all areas of life.

This virtual interactive workshop introduces evidence-based resources along with practical applications in developing the necessary skills to foster greater wellbeing and resilience within yourself and the teams you support/lead. 

Learn new skills, create dialogue and develop your personalized “WellBeing Resilience Toolkit” to bolster your individual wellbeing for a healthier and happier workplace. 

SUPERteam Resilience is customized workshop to meet your team’s specific needs. The full workshop (3 Modules) is a 2.5-3hrs deliverable session. 

These modules encompass individual and team resilience including the use of DiSC Personal Profile Reports for greater understanding of team dynamics, relational wellbeing and value-based insights for greater resilience during times of change.  

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) 

Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem, experiencing the worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.

Just like physical first aid is provided until medical treatment can be obtained, MHFA is given until appropriate support is found or until the crisis is resolved.

Sharon facilitates and delivers Mental Health First Aid training.

The Working Mind (TWM) training for Employees and Managers

The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based program designed to promote mental health and reduce the stigma around mental illness in the workplace.

By reducing stigma and discrimination, TWM helps organizations create a culture that fosters greater awareness and support for mental health among employees, managers, and employers.
